I am not licensed to prescribe medication. Please seek a medication consultation with a psychiatrist or psychiatric nurse practitioner licensed in your state or your current primary care physician.

Are you physically located in Minnesota or Iowa?(Required)

I am only licensed in the states of Minnesota and Iowa at this time. Please seek mental health therapy with a therapist licensed in your state.

Do you have Blue Cross Blue Shield of Minnesota or Iowa or traditional Medicare for insurance?(Required)

I am only in network with Minnesota and Iowa Blue Cross Blue Shield and traditional Medicare at this time. The self-pay rates for sessions are discounted and flat-rate for $25/15 minutes (ie: $75 for a 45 minute session).
